3144 Lynnray Drive - 2016.02.20 GSU

This is a fairly original A-Frame Split Level built in 1972 and still retaining an unenclosed carport and front patio. It's had a ridge vent and I believe an elevated roof added above the flat portion of the roof to provide some insulation from the elements.
