I've placed the many unusual homes in Northcrest subdivision under this heading - basically there is only one example of each of these homes (or at least I've only been able to find a single example - it's possible that I'm mistaken - when additional examples are found I'll move them into their own design segment).

You'll find that most of these homes, while unique, still share many of the basic elements found in the P&H Custom homes from their catalog that I'm describing in other design areas.
