One might wonder from where this house came, as it's so dissimilar to all the other homes in the neighborhood? The story I heard was that a North Georgia developer erected this house as a model so potential Atlanta buyers could see an example home, with finishes, etc. Formerly, this lot was a steep hillside so quite a bit of work had to be done to basically dig out enough room for the foundation.
